London
The 2026 Edit: More than just rain, royalty, and red buses.
The 3 Bits You Need
The Bite
The Guinness at The Devonshire. It is currently the most famous pub in the world for a reason. Located in Soho, the downstairs is chaotic fun, but the upstairs wood-fired grill serves the best chop and suet pudding in the city.
The Sight
Horizon 22. The Sky Garden is now too crowded. Head to 22 Bishopsgate instead. It is the highest free viewing platform in Europe. The views are superior, it’s brand new, and completely free (booking required).
The Trap
Oxford Street Shopping. It has sadly become a parade of “American Candy” stores and luggage shops. For actual shopping, walk two blocks south to Carnaby Street or Liberty London for the real heritage experience.
Where to Stay
Raffles OWO
Staying in the Old War Office (where Winston Churchill worked) is the ultimate history flex. It opened recently with incredible grandeur, guarding the entrance to Whitehall.
The Hoxton, Shepherd’s Bush
West London is back. This location offers the signature Hoxton mid-century cool and great lobby workspace, but at a significantly lower price point than their Shoreditch or Holborn locations.
